Prepare and evaluate sales figures at timely basis as to propose proper solutions / strategies against dynamic environment.
Identify any possible dimension(s) for developing and expanding customer basis / distribution networks for assigned areas / categories.
Visit customer at timely basis and act as communication channels in promotion, resolving problems amongst customers so as to achieve company objectives, as well as optimize customer satisfaction.
Assist to prepare trading terms, list price and promotion fund proposal for management review.
Assist in sales and promotion planning through direct sales force in collecting market intelligence.
Support in corporate management system concerned issues, execution of promotional strategies and any other tasks as assigned by superior.
4 years solid experience in FMCG with at least 2 years at supervisory level, food industry is preferred.
Hands-on experience in distributors and key chain management.
Tertiary educated or above.
Energetic, good negotiation & presentation skills and willing to work under a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in using MS applications to prepare sales & promotion proposals and reports.
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin is a plus.
Stationed in Macau.
