Responsibilities:

  • Plans and direct sales force to maximize profit from all segments of the market, in meeting sales objectives and goals.

  • Develop business development strategy and implement business plan and relevant marketing activities.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budget and analysis reports.

  • Manage the sales and marketing team for expanding market share and strengthening the brand image.

  • Analyze customer/competition situations and generate action plans to expand market share in existing and new customers.

  • Prepare budget and routinely monitors to ensure attainment of established goals.

  • Communicate regularly with Managers and Supervisors and assists them with departmental and personnel issues.

  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years solid experience in hotel sales, preferably in 5-star hotel. At least 10 years in managerial position with direct supervision of a team.

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Strong analytical skills with good business sense.

  • Excellent leadership, motivational and organizational skills. With an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven sales ability, creativity, and a drive to achieve optimum results.

  • Good command of English and Chinese
