Plans and direct sales force to maximize profit from all segments of the market, in meeting sales objectives and goals.
Develop business development strategy and implement business plan and relevant marketing activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budget and analysis reports.
Manage the sales and marketing team for expanding market share and strengthening the brand image.
Analyze customer/competition situations and generate action plans to expand market share in existing and new customers.
Prepare budget and routinely monitors to ensure attainment of established goals.
Communicate regularly with Managers and Supervisors and assists them with departmental and personnel issues.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
At least 15 years solid experience in hotel sales, preferably in 5-star hotel. At least 10 years in managerial position with direct supervision of a team.
Bachelor degree or above
Strong analytical skills with good business sense.
Excellent leadership, motivational and organizational skills. With an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven sales ability, creativity, and a drive to achieve optimum results.
Good command of English and Chinese
