  • Assist division head for the overall positioning of the hotels, branding and the marketing mix to develop different customers segment for the resort including rooms, F&B outlets, entertainment and events facilities. 

  • Develop the budgets and strategic plans, incorporating advertising, digital marketing and public relations strategies to maximize the revenue and media visibility for the resort to local and overseas markets.

  • Ensure smooth performance of all the digital marketing channels, e.g. social media, website, travelling platforms, search engine, display etc, and the content consistency in compliance with company standard.

  • Manage the operation and monitor the goal achievement is performed within budget and maximized profit objective.

  • Maintain a good relationship with property management units, hotels and marketing agencies for effective marketing scheme to align with corporate branding strategy

  • Assist sales division for achieving sales target and support the promotion in different tradeshow and leisure sales conference.



  • About 10 years management experience in marketing of hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel.

  • Bachelor degree or above

  • Strong analytical skills with strong media, presentation and computer skills

  • Good command of Korean and English

  • Willing to work in Jeju of South Korea
