  • Execute the sales & marketing strategies to promote and sell ELV and fire safety solutions.

  • Identify up-selling opportunities among existing customers.

  • Explore new customers and business opportunities.

  • Respond to requests for proposal or tender sales lead.

  • Work with Sales Support staff to initiate and follow through the sales process from initial presentation, solution design and proposal, to cost estimation and quotation or tendering.

  • Achieve the order targets in ELV and fire safety solutions.

  • Handle and resolve customer enquiries.




  • Minimum 1 year of experience in security / construction or related industries 

  • Diploma or above in engineering related disciplines is preferred

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good communication skills, aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented

  • Able to work under pressure
