Execute the sales & marketing strategies to promote and sell ELV and fire safety solutions.
Identify up-selling opportunities among existing customers.
Explore new customers and business opportunities.
Respond to requests for proposal or tender sales lead.
Work with Sales Support staff to initiate and follow through the sales process from initial presentation, solution design and proposal, to cost estimation and quotation or tendering.
Achieve the order targets in ELV and fire safety solutions.
Handle and resolve customer enquiries.
Minimum 1 year of experience in security / construction or related industries
Diploma or above in engineering related disciplines is preferred
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good communication skills, aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented
Able to work under pressure
