Responsibilities:

• Excellent business communication and leadership skills work with senior management team, able to provide insight

  and strategy direction from technology aspect.

• Work closely with Store Operations and its management team to support retail IT operations.

• Able to transform brainstorm ideas into execution.

• Governance IT best practice and SOP are well documented.

• Experience in leading and coaching teams.

• Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a network of strong partnerships with the business and other global functions.

• Manage activities of the Local IT team.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' in retail IT management experience

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field

• Certification in PMP and/or ITIL

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Strong business communication and project execution skills
