Responsibilities:

  • Perform gap analysis on the Financial/Development projects committee vs government requirements.

  • Regularly monitor and update news and status to the Financial/Development projects committee.

  • Manage the logistics of team meetings, reviews, and government events related to the projects committee.

  • Participate in the Financial/ Development committee related coordination meetings.

  • Work with key members to obtain information as required to compile the Financial/Development related documents.

  • Actively engage with key stakeholders to work on projects in accomplishing the goals as defined by the committee.

  • Follow up with task owners on deliverables and provide timely feedback to the Financial/Development projects committee to pre-empt potential issues.

  • Oversee and track the team's progress against the plan and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the special development projects, ensuring all documents are included in the submission.

  • Lead and responsible for all Financial/Development projects committee written proposals - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary).

  • Ensure document quality (e.g. concise language, clean formatting, digital graphics, comprehensive content, compelling story), completeness, and delivery.

  • Respond to the Financial/Development projects committee and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the required documents have been submitted

 

 

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in sizable company, in which at least 5 years at managerial level and involve in Financial development/project management fields.

  • University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, analytical and able to work under pressure

  • Exceptional multi-tasking ability and negotiation

  • Proven project management skills with an ability to manage workloads efficiently and in a timely manner

  • In-depth understanding of Macau SAR and China environments
