  • Achieve monthly and annual sales target and sales reduction according to budget

  • Initiate, plan and oversee the execution of retail marketing programs and promotional activities with close monitoring and evaluation

  • Provide timely updates to the management on market and competitor developments, news and other activities

  • Review and update Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) at least annually taking into account new conditions and Group policies

  • Assist in existing business structure review and establish / redevelop procedures for all corporate shops, i.e., gift items control, inter-shop transfer rule and roster guidelines, etc.

  • Develop retail sales team - with passion in customer experience and service with the goal of developing them into Ambassadors of the Brand

  • Involve in staff recruitment, transfer, promotion and disciplinary actions

  • Develop a customer-oriented team that provides customers with extraordinary customer experience and service

  • Prepare necessary information to evaluate new potential location. Analyze existing location for lease renewal, expansion and renovation possibilities

  • Oversee shop-in-charge (SIC) in shop maintenance issues in order to ensure shop condition is at its best and carefully monitored at all times

  • Review target stock level based on end customers' needs and buying trends


  • At least 8 years of experience in a managerial role in retail front line business

  • Preferably from Fashion industry, given the transaction volume and team size - aside from sales KPI's, service standard and CRM are key objectives for this position

  • Training experience is an advantage

  • Proficient in both English / Chinese verbal and writing communications

  • Detail-oriented / sensitive to numbers

  • Proactive and passionate about growth / change in general
