Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in high-end retail industry or Hospitality industry.

  • Prepare budget, design and execute training programs for employees

  • Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness

  • Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

  • Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best partices

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education preferable

  • Service-oriented, confident articulate and clear communication skills with all levels of employees

  • Mature and able to work independently

  • Computer literacy is a must

  • Good public speaker and strong organizational skills

  • Passion for fashion

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
