Responsibilities:
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in high-end retail industry or Hospitality industry.
Prepare budget, design and execute training programs for employees
Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best partices
Requirements:
Tertiary education preferable
Service-oriented, confident articulate and clear communication skills with all levels of employees
Mature and able to work independently
Computer literacy is a must
Good public speaker and strong organizational skills
Passion for fashion
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
