Provide on-site field coaching for effective sales & service performance.
Effective follow up on Mystery Shopper by sharing related result, working with related departments for action plan and make sure action items are all well implemented.
Ensure effective transition of knowledge learnt in Collection training and implement actions according to the sales trend.
Conduct necessary capsule training to reinforce product knowledge of sales people, as well as service training.
Assist manager in organizing / conducting briefing session in a more dynamic approach.
Tertiary education preferable.
At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably in high-end retail industry or Hotel and Service industry.
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy is a must.
Mature and able to work independently.
