Job Description:

  • Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow Team Member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.

  • Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests.

  • Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.

  • Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude.

  • 1 year of experience as supervisor in a 4-5 star Hotel or quality restaurant.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
