Company: Building Services Engineering / Energy Industry: Energy Consulting Industry

Duties:

• Lead and conduct energy audit, Retro-commissioning projects.

• Attend site visits.

• Prepare tender submission, subcontract, and safety documents.

• Project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors to plan, schedule and meet all contract programmers and requirements.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking exercise.

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales & marketing plan.

• Prepare documents for Client submission.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree holder in Engineering (Building Services Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering) or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience in a consultancy firm.

• Solid experience in building services and/or energy audit and Retro-Commissioning.

• REA, RCx Pro, ISO 50001, familiarity with engineering standards, codes of practice would be an added advantage.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for an alternative position.

• Excellent time management, planning and organizing ability.

• Self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
