Responsibilities:
Analyze business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
Monitor regulatory sales and KPIs to adjust strategies to market changes.
Communicate business updates regularly to the Head Office.
Develop a strong knowledge of product trends, monitor stock levels and sell-thru and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
Oversee and monitor the execution and progress of Client Development programs and initiatives (in-store events, client appointments).
Maintain an impeccable presentation of the boutique and VM standards.
Guarantee the proper application of internal procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in high-end retail industry or Hotel and Service industry.
Good commond of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Mature and able to work independtly.
