Responsibilities:

  • To become retail team’s professional advisor in Learning and Development.

  • Customize, deliver, and follow up on sales training for retail team.

  • To enable retail team to build connection with clients by coaching and guiding them.

  • Coach retail team in product knowledge, selling skills and client service by using company’s learning approaches and principles.

  • To bring the best out the team by raising the awareness of the importance of their role and developing their careers.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to co-develop learning paths for retail teams.

  • Share observations and feedback regarding staff performance with management.

  • Share observations and feedback regarding client trends, behavior, and other insights.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or tertiary diploma.

  • At least three years’ work experience in a coaching or training role.

  • At least three years’ retail or retail management experience with a client-centric mindset.

  • Experience in the luxury goods industry is an advantage.

  • Strong passion for people development and client service excellence.

  • Open-minded, adaptable and able to exercise flexibility.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Pleasant personality, energetic with sound interpersonal skills.

  • Organized and works independently with minimal supervision.
