Responsibilities:
To become retail team’s professional advisor in Learning and Development.
Customize, deliver, and follow up on sales training for retail team.
To enable retail team to build connection with clients by coaching and guiding them.
Coach retail team in product knowledge, selling skills and client service by using company’s learning approaches and principles.
To bring the best out the team by raising the awareness of the importance of their role and developing their careers.
Collaborate with internal departments to co-develop learning paths for retail teams.
Share observations and feedback regarding staff performance with management.
Share observations and feedback regarding client trends, behavior, and other insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or tertiary diploma.
At least three years’ work experience in a coaching or training role.
At least three years’ retail or retail management experience with a client-centric mindset.
Experience in the luxury goods industry is an advantage.
Strong passion for people development and client service excellence.
Open-minded, adaptable and able to exercise flexibility.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Pleasant personality, energetic with sound interpersonal skills.
Organized and works independently with minimal supervision.
