Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.

  • Assists to ensure that the culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.

  • Ensure productivity, consistency, product and quality assurance for the company’s food production and assumes responsibility and accountability.

  • Ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.

  • Support the culinary team with guidance by successfully applying experience and sound technical knowledge.

  • Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skill, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.

  • Monitors food standards in the Outlet. Coordinates to take corrective actions where necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Educational level: High school graduated.

  • Working experience: Minimum of 12 years culinary working experience with at least 5 years solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation of related kitchen.

  • Language skill: Must be able to speak and write English.

  • Computer skill: Able to operate computer and proficiency with MS Office.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Ability to maintain consistent and high-quality food standards.
