Job Responsibilities:
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented.
Assists to ensure that the culinary activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Ensure productivity, consistency, product and quality assurance for the company’s food production and assumes responsibility and accountability.
Ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
Support the culinary team with guidance by successfully applying experience and sound technical knowledge.
Maximizes employee productivity through the use of multi-skill, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
Monitors food standards in the Outlet. Coordinates to take corrective actions where necessary.
Job Requirements:
Educational level: High school graduated.
Working experience: Minimum of 12 years culinary working experience with at least 5 years solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation of related kitchen.
Language skill: Must be able to speak and write English.
Computer skill: Able to operate computer and proficiency with MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to maintain consistent and high-quality food standards.
