Job Description:

  • Oversee the outlet bar operations and supervise bartenders to ensure delivering positive customer experience.

  • Direct and assist bartenders and servers in their job functions to ensure smooth and efficient service to guests, and anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.

  • Be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons.

  • Prepare drinks, test new recipes, ensure that beverages are stored properly, enforce safety regulations, provide training session and maintain daily supplies.

  • Establish good and kind relationship with patrons.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 5-year related working experience.

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Certification in Alcohol awareness program preferred.

  • Participated in recognized bartending competition – winning competition award would be an added advantage.

  • Experience of Top 50 Asia Best Bar experience would be added advantage.

  • Familiar with wine and spirits menu and service.

  • Passionate about customer services with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic characteristics.
