Job Description:
Oversee the outlet bar operations and supervise bartenders to ensure delivering positive customer experience.
Direct and assist bartenders and servers in their job functions to ensure smooth and efficient service to guests, and anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
Be skilled in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons.
Prepare drinks, test new recipes, ensure that beverages are stored properly, enforce safety regulations, provide training session and maintain daily supplies.
Establish good and kind relationship with patrons.
Job Requirements:
5-year related working experience.
Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
Certification in Alcohol awareness program preferred.
Participated in recognized bartending competition – winning competition award would be an added advantage.
Experience of Top 50 Asia Best Bar experience would be added advantage.
Familiar with wine and spirits menu and service.
Passionate about customer services with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic characteristics.
