Responsibilities:
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos letters and forms.
Manage database entry and client files.
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
Maintain confidential department files and records.
Assist with presentations and reports.
Organize and distribute messages.
Make and confirm travel arrangements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above.
Relevant working experience as Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Self-motivated, well-organized, multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Administrator.
