Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests with professional gesture.

  • Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests.

  • Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience.

  • Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

  • Minimum 1 year of customer services experience is preferred. Esp. in 5 stars/ branded hotel is preferred.

  • Excellent guest service relation skills.

  • Good communications skills.

  • Well-groomed and presentable.

  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese or English.
