Job Responsibilities:
Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests with professional gesture.
Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests.
Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience.
Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Minimum 1 year of customer services experience is preferred. Esp. in 5 stars/ branded hotel is preferred.
Excellent guest service relation skills.
Good communications skills.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese or English.
