Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s operations.
Work closely with the food and beverage team and collaborate with the executive chef to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative food offerings to the guests.
Skilled in grilling, broiling, and searing steaks to achieve the desired level of doneness and flavor.
Specialize in aging and charcoal grilled steaks.
Menus design and develop new dishes, sauces and sides.
Inventory management, handling and properly storing meat.
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are in line with company procedures and HACCP standards.
Job Requirements:
10-12years' working experience in steakhouse.
Extensive knowledge and experience in different cuts of meat, cooking techniques, seasoning and flavors.
Deliver a memorable dining experience centered around delicious, perfectly cooked steaks.
Passionate, creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
