Job Description:

  • Responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s operations.

  • Work closely with the food and beverage team and collaborate with the executive chef to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative food offerings to the guests.

  • Skilled in grilling, broiling, and searing steaks to achieve the desired level of doneness and flavor.

  • Specialize in aging and charcoal grilled steaks.

  • Menus design and develop new dishes, sauces and sides.

  • Inventory management, handling and properly storing meat.

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are in line with company procedures and HACCP standards.

     

Job Requirements:

  • 10-12years' working experience in steakhouse.

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in different cuts of meat, cooking techniques, seasoning and flavors.

  • Deliver a memorable dining experience centered around delicious, perfectly cooked steaks.

  • Passionate, creativity and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
