Job Description:

  • React promptly and attentively to guest needs and resolve any related problems.

  • Ensure VIP guests receive special attendant and personalized service.

  • Consistently seek new and innovative service initiatives to impress and delight VIP guests.

  • Manage and supervise the butler team, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the butler floor and back of house areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.

  • Ensure all Butler equipment is accounted for and maintained in good condition.

  • Ensure that all the butler floor suites are consistently well maintained and equipped according to the company's standards.

  • Apply effective sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities, such as promoting additional services or amenities to guests.

  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's credit policy and ensure it is adhered to by the butler team.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent professional training in related field.

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional guest service.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Ability to handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints.

  • Familiarity with emergency procedures and an ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

  • Sales skills to promote additional services and generate revenue.

  • Knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
