Job Responsibilities:
Seek and contact new potential commercial accounts through direct enquiries, sales leads and sales blitz follow-up.
Responsible for room night, room revenue and event revenue production from allocated accounts and development of new accounts.
Follow up the events logistics, ensure event communications and arrangements are smooth and in hotel’s standard.
Monitor own corporate accounts’ monthly production and attend monthly corporate account review meetings.
Attend daily sales briefings, weekly sales meetings and bi-weekly business development meeting.
Follow up on all sales leads.
Conduct on-site inspections for potential clients.
Participate in any projects as and when assigned by the direct superior.
Monitor current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the superior.
Participate in overseas sales trips and, when required, complete the sales report of the sales trip.
Prepare weekly sales call report.
To carry out annual appraisals and regular feedback on development on all colleagues.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business / Hospitality or related fields.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry.
Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation and client management skills.
Proactive, passionate and resourceful.
Good knowledge of current market trend and activities.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
