Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek and contact new potential commercial accounts through direct enquiries, sales leads and sales blitz follow-up.

  • Responsible for room night, room revenue and event revenue production from allocated accounts and development of new accounts.

  • Follow up the events logistics, ensure event communications and arrangements are smooth and in hotel’s standard.

  • Monitor own corporate accounts’ monthly production and attend monthly corporate account review meetings.

  • Attend daily sales briefings, weekly sales meetings and bi-weekly business development meeting.

  • Follow up on all sales leads.

  • Conduct on-site inspections for potential clients.

  • Participate in any projects as and when assigned by the direct superior.

  • Monitor current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the superior.

  • Participate in overseas sales trips and, when required, complete the sales report of the sales trip.

  • Prepare weekly sales call report.

  • To carry out annual appraisals and regular feedback on development on all colleagues.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing/ Business / Hospitality or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hotel industry.

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation and client management skills.

  • Proactive, passionate and resourceful.

  • Good knowledge of current market trend and activities.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
