Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival.

  • Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives.

  • Follow up any undone task by end shift.

  • Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above.

  • Conduct and assist guest auto settlement.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.

  • With working experience in casino marketing is preferred.

  • At least 1 year customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel, resort or casino.

  • Well grooming and good communication skills.

  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage.
