Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and follow-up on-day guests’ arrival.
Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives.
Follow up any undone task by end shift.
Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above.
Conduct and assist guest auto settlement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional training.
With working experience in casino marketing is preferred.
At least 1 year customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel, resort or casino.
Well grooming and good communication skills.
Excellent command of Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage.
