Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Front Office Manager in the supervision and management of Front Office, including employee education and training, etc.

  • Enhance the hotel front desk business, accounting procedures and customer information management.

  • Responsible for guest relations maintenance and handing of guest feedbacks or complaints, for maximizing customer satisfaction.

  • Handle emergency incident of all kinds.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management.

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Front Office, with solid knowledge of Opera system is preferable.

  • Good communication skills, able to handle complaints and solve problems independently, and able to work under pressure.

  • Extensive cooperation and coordination capabilities with relevant departments.

  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
