Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Spa Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations and maintenance of the spa.

  • Maximize spa productivity at the same time to fulfill 5-star service standards and expectation from hotel guests.

  • Support the spa’s daily operation, including adherence of cleanliness as well as hygiene standards and ensure the functionality and maintenance of all equipment in the spa areas.

  • Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Receptionists, Spa Attendant, Spa Therapists & Salon Hair Stylists.

  • Ensuring the company’s standards and the highest level of service is provided to all guests, members and customers.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent training.

  • At least 3 years’ customer service experience in 5-star hotel (Front Office or Spa preferable)

  • With prestigious Spa Operation and supervisory experience would be a plus.

  • Decent customer service & communications skills.

  • Good command in English & Mandarin, proficient in Cantonese would be an advantage.
