Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations and maintenance of the spa.
Maximize spa productivity at the same time to fulfill 5-star service standards and expectation from hotel guests.
Support the spa’s daily operation, including adherence of cleanliness as well as hygiene standards and ensure the functionality and maintenance of all equipment in the spa areas.
Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Receptionists, Spa Attendant, Spa Therapists & Salon Hair Stylists.
Ensuring the company’s standards and the highest level of service is provided to all guests, members and customers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent training.
At least 3 years’ customer service experience in 5-star hotel (Front Office or Spa preferable)
With prestigious Spa Operation and supervisory experience would be a plus.
Decent customer service & communications skills.
Good command in English & Mandarin, proficient in Cantonese would be an advantage.
