Job Responsibilities:
Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests.
Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile.
Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests.
Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience.
Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent training.
With customer service’s experience is preferred. Esp. in 5-stars luxury hotels or similar fields.
Presentable with professional grooming.
Good customer service sense and approachable.
Fluent in English or Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage.
