Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & farewell guests upon arrival and departure, to build up and maintain good customer relations with guests.

  • Perform doorman duties at VIP entrances and greet guests with exceptional smile.

  • Station at guests’ entrance and specific VIP areas to assist and escort guests.

  • Participate in VIP events to ensure great guest experience.

  • Be knowledgeable of hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent training.

  • With customer service’s experience is preferred. Esp. in 5-stars luxury hotels or similar fields.

  • Presentable with professional grooming.

  • Good customer service sense and approachable.

  • Fluent in English or Mandarin, Cantonese is an advantage.
