Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support in areas such as network troubleshooting, basic computer knowledge, and hardware/software installation.

  • Assist to resolve IT issue.

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Willing to work in shifts.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • With other IT certifications’ holder is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of computer fundamentals.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT problems.
