Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support in areas such as network troubleshooting, basic computer knowledge, and hardware/software installation.
Assist to resolve IT issue.
Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
Willing to work in shifts.
Job Requirements:
Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
With other IT certifications’ holder is an advantage.
Strong understanding of computer fundamentals.
Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT problems.
