Job Responsibilities:

• Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality.

• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly.

• Ensuring all projects’ deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Master's degree preferred.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Architectural Practice.

• Proficient in Auto CAD and familiar with Microsoft Programs.

• Knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp or Photoshop, MS Projects, Revits, Project Management is preferred.

• Good at communication, critical thinking and problem solving.

• Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
