Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a world-class team to deliver exceptional Japanese cuisine;

  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste;

  • Positive thinking, innovative on menu creation and restaurant promotions, hands-on and demonstrate culinary skills;

  • Oversee kitchen daily operations, including procurement, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations;

  • Deliver high quality products to every guest, address guests’ needs, handle complaints and compliments promptly and to their satisfaction.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in Japanese restaurant dining experience;

  • Excellent culinary skills with F&B knowledges in Japanese cuisines;

  • Minimum 10 years work experienced in 5-Star hotel or Japanese restaurant background;

  • With working experience in restaurant awards achieved such as Black Pearl, Michelin or any other restaurant awards is a plus;

  • Knowledge of food safety regulation and practices, and HACCP standard.
