Job Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a world-class team to deliver exceptional Japanese cuisine;
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste;
Positive thinking, innovative on menu creation and restaurant promotions, hands-on and demonstrate culinary skills;
Oversee kitchen daily operations, including procurement, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations;
Deliver high quality products to every guest, address guests’ needs, handle complaints and compliments promptly and to their satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Expertise in Japanese restaurant dining experience;
Excellent culinary skills with F&B knowledges in Japanese cuisines;
Minimum 10 years work experienced in 5-Star hotel or Japanese restaurant background;
With working experience in restaurant awards achieved such as Black Pearl, Michelin or any other restaurant awards is a plus;
Knowledge of food safety regulation and practices, and HACCP standard.
