Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support for All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar colleagues.

  • Train, evaluate and schedule of All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar colleagues in accordance with the standards of the company policies and guidelines.

  • Ensure the profitability, efficiency and creativity in the All-Day Dining Restaurant and Bar.

  • To supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the All-Day Dining Restaurant and Bar at all time.

  • Plan menus, prices and promotional events for All Day Dining Restaurant and Bar in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities.

  • Identify areas for improvement in service and food & beverage quality by reviewing various service quality audit reports, guest comment cards and guest incident reports, and formulate action plans.

  • To encourage proactive, efficient and effective inter-departmental communication in order to promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm.

  • Maintain a team of well-trained and motivated colleagues in order to deliver a high level of service according to company's standards.

  • Maintains a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and is able to answer guest questions in a quick, polite and helpful manner.

  • Handles guest complaints or problems promptly, ensuring that any resolved/unresolved incidents are reported to the manager in a timely manner.

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Food & Beverage from time to time.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent training.

  • At least 5 years of working experience as F&B roles in 5-star hotels or restaurants.

  • Experience in a management role, preferably in five-star hotels or restaurants.

  • Profound knowledge of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages.

  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices, such as HACCP.

  • Proven leadership, teambuilding and communication skills.

  • Presentable, with decent customer service mindset.

  • Proficiency in Chinese or English.
