Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional assistance to customers on cigars recommendations at their most of perceived value.

• Responsible for ensuring cigar quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved.

• Accountable for cigars sales and achieve the cigars sales target.

• Participate in the financial performance of cigar component towards optimum efficiency, ensure all cigar prices and selections are updated on a regular basis.

• Participate in marketing strategies including market research and cigar list planning.

• Assist with cigar knowledge and service skills training.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/certificate in accredited cigar program (e.g. Certified Cigar Master, or Cigar Sommelier Certificate).

• At least 3 years of working experiences at reputable cigar outlets.

• Proven F&B product and service knowledge.

• Knowledgeable with cigar.

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese is a plus.
