Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bar, including the menu items' ingredients and preparation.

  • Ensure that all details of service are performed by the bartenders to expected standards and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with company’s standards.

  • Train bartenders and service team to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels are to standard.

  • Drive cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu.

  • Assist with beverage costing, promotion and sales.

  • Provide professional assistance to customers with excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality/Management or above.

  • With relevant accreditation or qualifications would be an advantage.

  • Proven management capability and business acumen in bar operations and leading team.

  • Extensive experience in bar operations within a five-star service environment.

  • Strong organization and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
