KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Responsible for overseeing overall store operations, people management and CRM activities.

  • Analyze, formulate and implement store business strategies to achieve sales goals and to ensure store operations efficiency.

  • Lead, coach and train subordinates into a high performing team; Create motivating and encouraging work atmosphere to ensure team development.

  •  Assure proper brand image, merchandising and excellent customer service are well delivered according to brand standards.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Minimum 3-year relevant working experiences, with solid management skills gained from beauty or luxury retail is highly preferred.

  • Self-motivated, result oriented and creative sales team leader.

  • Analytical in approach to identify opportunities.

  • High sense of luxury services and strong in CRM.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills will be crucial.

  • Proven people management experience in staff coaching and team management.

  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Store Manager.
