KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing overall store operations, people management and CRM activities.
Analyze, formulate and implement store business strategies to achieve sales goals and to ensure store operations efficiency.
Lead, coach and train subordinates into a high performing team; Create motivating and encouraging work atmosphere to ensure team development.
Assure proper brand image, merchandising and excellent customer service are well delivered according to brand standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3-year relevant working experiences, with solid management skills gained from beauty or luxury retail is highly preferred.
Self-motivated, result oriented and creative sales team leader.
Analytical in approach to identify opportunities.
High sense of luxury services and strong in CRM.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills will be crucial.
Proven people management experience in staff coaching and team management.
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing.
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Store Manager.
