RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the Operations Team to drive sales and work on sales initiatives to maximize sales potentials to ultimately achieve sales targets while optimizing costs and ROI

• Manage the sale performance for all our stores in Macau International Airport, well monitor and provide necessary suggestions in time to the Management ensuring all P&L objectives are met

• Be responsible for defining and executing the business plan in line with the company's vision and objectives

• Identify key prospects and opportunities to increase the growth of business and brand image

• Lead and drive commercial performance and develop the Operations team to achieve business objectives

• Design attractive commission scheme to motivate the retail team and drive the sales for profit maximization; and monitor the commission pay-out.

• Oversee multiple-stores process including services, budget, targets, visual merchandising, store operations

• Work closely with external vendors (Brand, Airport Authority etc.), HQ and internal teams (ie. Merchandising, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance, Logistics) to ensure that all policies and procedures are aligned with company guidelines

• Coach, develop and share best practice with retail and frontline retail team

• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15 years of related work experience in retail operations, preferably in a FMCG or retail environment (experience in Travel Retail is a plus).

• Degree in Business or Management

• Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented

• Outgoing, dependable, pro-active with good communications and interpersonal skills

• Organized with good project and time management skills

• Able to lead and coach with an entrepreneur mindset and creativity

• Good judgment and mature business skill with the ability to build trust with all levels
