Responsibilities:
Identify opportunity / risk based on retail KPI and alert management.
Ensure smooth month end closing exercise including preparation of accruals, depreciation analysis, stock equation / reconciliation, P&L review and commentary and generate monthly-reports with insights.
Support the budget and forecast preparation invloving all P&L lines preparation, management presentation and other supporting ad hoc schedules.
Control and monitor costs, communicate effectively with different departments on costs management.
Monitor and review boutiques monthly stock-take results.
Perform boutique internal / external audit on a regular basis.
Support HR Department in Payroll / commissions calculations.
Other ad-hoc assignments to assist management on business decisions.
Requirements:
Degree holder in accounting or finance.
Minimum 5 years of accounting or audit experience.
Independent, keen to learn and able to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and English.
Interest in working in retail industry is preferred.
