Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operation of all-round HR functions in Macao including hiring, overseas labor services, employee relations, training & development.

  • Work proactively with operations team and top management on manpower planning, budgeting, local and overseas labor allocation.

  • Develop and prepare analysis reports for management.

  • Ensure proper training is delivered to upkeep the skill of labors.

  • Lead the team to deliver quality HR services in an efficient and orderly manner

  • Perform the duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizable company

  • University graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Familiar with local labor law and related regulations.

  • Detail-minded, flexible, proactive and well-organized

  • Able to work independently and perform multi-task

  • Good command of both English and Chinese
