  • Provide remote or on-site application installation and user training to customers

  • Conduct software testing and implement supply chain solutions to customers

  • Customer support and trouble-shooting through phone and email

  • Gather user requirements and document business processes

Requirements

  • Preferably major in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Computer Science

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Able to establish and build good customer relationships

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is an advantage

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and training skill
