Responsibilities
Provide remote or on-site application installation and user training to customers
Conduct software testing and implement supply chain solutions to customers
Customer support and trouble-shooting through phone and email
Gather user requirements and document business processes
Requirements
Preferably major in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Computer Science
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Able to establish and build good customer relationships
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is an advantage
Excellent telephone etiquette and training skill
