Responsibilities

  • To operate and achieve the overall profitability goal of the boutique;

  • Execute small sales incentive programs to drive sales objectives; and evaluate results and effectiveness; provide feedback to retail management;

  • Explore sales opportunities to maximize sales potential;

  • Implement and execute in-store marketing activities with close monitoring and evaluation;

  • Support and ordinate in-store events, exhibitions or other VIP programs in order to develop a closer customer relationship;

  • Ensure customer database management; explore new recruitment system to increase customer database;

  • Monitor and assist the use of CRM platform to ensure customer service journey;

  • Propose recommendations to streamline and enhance operational process; eliminate administrative work and reports in order to achieve store optimal efficiency;

  • Build strong morale and productive workforce; encourage open two-way communication;

  • Identify training needs; follow-through staff’s learnings and practices; ensure on-going applications at workplace;

  • Support company new projects and participate as task force member, if nominated Skype for Business deploy to stores, RMS enhancement and Time and Attendance System (T&A).

Requirements

  • Post-Secondary school or above

  • Very good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both oral and written

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail business, 3 years of experience in a retail managerial position

  • Good sales and communications skills

  • Experienced in complaint handling/conflict management

  • Analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and powerpoint in particular.
