Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and enhance profitability for assigned stores through effective planning, forecasting, and adherence to operational standards.
Ensure all retail operations meet visual merchandising and compliance standards, monitoring actual performance against targets.
Oversee training, development, and engagement initiatives to maintain high employee morale, reduce turnover, and ensure adherence to business conduct.
Maintain inventory integrity through accurate stock counts, effective management of stock loss, and timely replenishment practices.
Deliver outstanding customer service by training staff to maintain high service standards and respond effectively to customer feedback.
Work closely with HR and marketing teams to manage talent, analyze market conditions, and develop strategic initiatives to improve overall store performance.
Job Requirements:
Minimum a degree in any discipline,
Minimum 10 years of management experience in luxury
Strong leadership with effective communication and team spirit.
Build and maintain good rapport with staffs and customers
Proficient in computer skills for operational efficiency.
Fluent English and Chinese, both in written and spoken.
Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
