Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and enhance profitability for assigned stores through effective planning, forecasting, and adherence to operational standards.

  • Ensure all retail operations meet visual merchandising and compliance standards, monitoring actual performance against targets.

  • Oversee training, development, and engagement initiatives to maintain high employee morale, reduce turnover, and ensure adherence to business conduct.

  • Maintain inventory integrity through accurate stock counts, effective management of stock loss, and timely replenishment practices.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by training staff to maintain high service standards and respond effectively to customer feedback.

  • Work closely with HR and marketing teams to manage talent, analyze market conditions, and develop strategic initiatives to improve overall store performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree in any discipline,

  • Minimum 10 years of management experience in luxury

  • Strong leadership with effective communication and team spirit.

  • Build and maintain good rapport with staffs and customers

  • Proficient in computer skills for operational efficiency.

  • Fluent English and Chinese, both in written and spoken.

  • Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
