工作内容:

  • 负责实现公司餐饮的愿景、标准和目标。

  • 领导和管理团队,确保始终如一地提供高水准的菜肴。

  • 全面地负责餐厅的运营。

  • 协助设计菜单、菜品摆盘、产品和服务风格,以提高顾客满意度和回头客。

  • 以培训和发展团队为首要目标,分享自身的专业知识。

  • 为团队和同事提供指导和支持。

  • 与餐厅经理合作,讨论日常运营问题和未来运营策略。

  • 确保食品安全标准符合公司政策或管理层指示。

 

职位要求:

  • 至少具有20-25年川菜经验,精通炒菜菜式

  • 拥有五星级酒店或度假村的相关职位经验。

  • 乐于接受新挑战,并在烹饪方面具备创新的创造力。

  • 深入了解川味食材和菜肴。

  • 了解 HACCP 标准。

  • 持有食品安全培训的相关证书。

  • 精通 Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint。

  • 中文流利;熟练英语者优先。


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering on the company’s Food and Beverage vision, standards and objectives.

  • Leading and managing teams to produce a consistent high standard of cuisine.

  • Responsible for taking full operational ownership of the restaurant.

  • Assists with the design of menus, food presentation, product and style of service to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat clients.

  • Trains and develops the team as a primary objective, openly sharing knowledge.

  • Provides guidance and support to team and colleagues.

  • Work with Restaurant Manager, discuss day to day operational issues and future operational strategies.

  • Ensures Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy, or as directed by management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 20-25 years in Sichuan cuisine, with expertise in wok cooking.

  • Experience in a similar role in Five-star hotels and Resorts.

  • Open to new challenges and creative in culinary innovation.

  • Deep understanding of Sichuan ingredients and dishes.

  • Knowledge of HACCP standards.

  • Possess Food Safety training / certificates.

  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
