Job Description:

  • Review and monitor sales performance daily, identify gaps between actual and budgeted figures, and establish resolutions or report abnormalities to ensure sales targets are met.

  • Provide market intelligence to the company's management to ensure it is equipped with the latest market information for appropriate strategy formulation.

  • Coordinate with the Commercial and Marketing Department to execute marketing programs and provide customer feedback on products.

  • Work closely with Area Managers to ensure operations policies and procedures are properly and consistently implemented at store levels.

  • Consistently uplift customer service standards and ensure smooth implementation of customer service programs.

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure store operations conform to company standards.

  • Identify suitable or strategic new site location & provide financial projection for store network expansion.

  • Manage and oversee Macau local district office; work closely with Store Support Center team to support Macau store operations.

  • Supervise, motivate, and develop subordinates to ensure they are properly trained and coached to perform their roles.

  • People development, successor bench building for Macau store operation team.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in retail operations management.

  • Experience in cost management to maximize the profitability.

  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet targets.

  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
