Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
Manage and support project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and motivation.
Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Project Management.
Minimum of 8 years of architecture or project management experiences.
Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Possess other qualified certifications related to project management are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
