Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.

  • Manage and support project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and motivation.

  • Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Project Management.

  • Minimum of 8 years of architecture or project management experiences.

  • Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Possess other qualified certifications related to project management are a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
