Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers during the sales process.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase features and benefits.

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Solution Design & Proposal: Collaborate with sales teams to design tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Tender & RFP Support: prepare technical documentation and respond to tenders or RFPs.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, computer science, or related disciplines.

  • At least 4 years of working experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related area is often preferred.

  • Strong knowledge in areas like cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.

  • Possess technical certifications, e.g. Networking, Cloud computing, Cybersecurity, Systems & Infrastructure, IT Governance, Project Management and etc.

  • Strong analytical skills to address client challenges.

  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build relationships.

  • Good command of both oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin; ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
