Job Responsibilities:
Supervising and overseeing daily tender administration & post-sales related operations;
Managing and supporting daily office administration & operation;
Handling full spectrum of Human Resources roles & responsibilities, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll processes, compensation and benefit, work permit administration, performance management, employee relations and etc.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, human resources management or related discipline;
At least 5 years office administration and / or human resources management, with minimum 3 years at managerial role with proven track records; experience in technology field is an advantage;
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills;
Excellent leadership and management skills with proactive, aggressive & result-oriented mindset.
