Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow team member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.
Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests.
Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
With well-groomed appearance and good attitude.
At least 1 year of working experience as supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel or quality restaurant.
Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese.
