Job Responsibilities:

Oversees daily operations of table games, and maintaining appropriate table limits and spreads.

Ensure all games comply with gaming regulations.

Train, mentor, and manage the related staff.

Handle customers’ disputes and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer service.

Job Requirements:

With related working experiences in casino table games.

Proven knowledge of gaming regulations, internal controls, and procedures.

Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

Station in Korea and must be native in Korean.

Candidate who is less experience would be considered as other positions of the same department.
