Job Responsibilities:

• Direct contact with clients and involved in project scheduling and budgeting.

• Supervise operations, project delivery and business strategy.

• Project management for a variety of projects or project teams.

• Lead the creation of design concepts for newly launched projects or A&A works.

• Oversee and aid in progress of the construction & renovation.

• Direct, coordinate and manage all design/construction activities.

• Effectively prioritize multiple projects concurrently.

• Oversee project budgets and installation schedules to ensure on-time project completion.

• Review and understand, with professional proficiency, detailed construction documents such as professional drawings, technical query, method statements, etc.

• Act as liaison between third party architects, design firms, and client. Coordinate interior design and architectural issues with other consultants.

• Manage and work collaboratively with other members of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or above.

• Registered Macau Architect or equivalent is required.

• 15 years or above post qualification experience for Senior Resident Site Architect (with min 4 years RSS experience).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS and relevant others.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Macau citizen is a must or work permit in Macau.

• Candidate with less relevant experience could be considered as the position of Resident Architect.
