Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
Co-ordinate the internal design team for the project
Take responsibility for the development of the design and the project
Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Plan and estimate budgets for projects.
Work with clients to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards.
Enhance the function, safety, and aesthetics of interior spaces
Select samples, including flooring, carpet, and paint to be approved by client.
Work with vendors on the selection of pieces.
Submit drawings for approval by a construction inspector to ensure that the design meets building codes.
Draw up floor plans and sketches.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) to create drawings.
Supervise the compilation of interior design specification or material schedules.
Coordinate work schedules.
Job Requirement:
Degree / Diploma in Interior or Architectural Design or equivalent is required.
15 years or above post qualification experience for Senior Resident Interior Designer (with min 4 years site experience).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS and relevant others.
Macau citizen is a must or work permit in Macau.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
Candidate who is less experience would be considered as the position of Interior Designer.
