Job Description:

• Constructs and perfects treatment protocols as part of training manual.

• Deliver product knowledge to therapists in both related treatments as well as working with product houses to ensure any training conducted by external trainers is followed up and consistency maintained within the therapist team.

• Provide guidance in therapist standards in both treatments and service, consistently striving for Forbes 5* level excellence.

• Highly organized in keeping fully completed training records for all therapists.

• Oversee the entire therapist and treatment area operation including treatment room set up, as well as cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring highest standards at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Certified in CIBTAC/CIDESCO and massage with over 300+ hrs course hours, recognized beauty certificate.

• Possess excellent knowledge in Forbes standards; with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in 5 stars luxury hotel.

• Must display good technical spa skills in multiple therapies (such as Swedish massage, sports massage, foot reflexology, Shiatsu, body scrub/wraps, aromatherapy, skin analysis, face/head/foot massage).

• Know any SPA software system is an advantage.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Mandarin or other language(s) e.g. Japanese, Korean, or Cantonese is an advantage.
