Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Chinese / Western / International / Asian / Japanese / Italian / Portuguese / Pastry / Bakery / Butchery / Chinese Noodling kitchen operations, ensuring the production meet the expectations of the customers.

  • Establish the food preparation, hygiene and quality standards.

  • Provide training to all kitchen staffs to ensure the adherence to the standards.

  • Designs new menu (regular, special or seasonal) for restaurant operations / promotions / events.

  • Assist to implement the management strategy during the operations.

  • Identify, analyze and solve problems; handle guests' complaint and inquiry with proper manner.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirement:

  • High school graduate and above.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant culinary working experiences, with supervisory experience is an advantage.

  • Working at 5-star luxury hotel, resort, casino or international restaurant environment is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in Chinese and English.

  • Excellent culinary knowledge in Chinese / Western / International / Asian / Japanese / Italian / Portuguese / Pastry / Bakery / Butchery / Chinese Noodling cuisines.
