Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in all food preparation.

• Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Junior secondary graduate and above.

• 1 - 4 years of relevant culinary working experiences.

• Working at 5-star luxury hotel, resort, casino or international restaurant environment is an advantage.

• Culinary knowledge in Chinese / Western / International / Asian / Japanese / Italian / Portuguese / Pastry / Bakery / Butchery / Chinese Noodling cuisines.

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
